Digital Download Refund Policy
1. Instant digital delivery
All products available on our storefront are digital downloads or instant-access files. Because these products are delivered instantly to your device upon purchase, they cannot be physically returned or verified as unused.
2. Waiver of your 14-day cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel online purchases. However, by completing your purchase and accessing your unique download link or licence key, you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right to cancel or request a refund.
3. Exceptional circumstances
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. While all sales are otherwise final, we will gladly issue a replacement file or review a refund request under the following specific circumstances:
- Corrupted or broken files. If a file is defective or will not open or install, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will attempt to fix the file or issue a full refund if we cannot provide a working version.
- Accidental duplicate purchases. If you accidentally buy the exact same digital item twice, please email us with your order details and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.
4. Before you buy
Please check the system requirements before purchasing to make sure sonarch is compatible with your computer, operating system and host software. Incompatibility with a system that does not meet the published requirements is not considered a fault.
5. Need help?
If you experience any technical issues downloading, installing or using your files, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@sonarchsounds.com. We usually reply within 3 working days to help get it sorted out for you.
Refunds, where issued, are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several working days for the amount to appear on your statement.
