Help us help you faster

For technical or licence questions, it helps if your email includes:

• Your order reference or the email address used at purchase
• Your operating system and version (for example macOS 14.5 on Apple Silicon, or Windows 11)
• Whether you are using the standalone app or a plug-in, and which host and version (for example Ableton Live 12, Logic Pro 11)
• A short description of what happened and, if you can, the steps to reproduce it

Refunds and faulty downloads

Please read our Refund Policy first. If a file is corrupted or will not open, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
